Can I ask whether it is ok for me to name someone on here who has provided me with poor service regarding the ordering of some secondhand mk1 parts? I have nothing to gain other than advising others on here of this person and to be careful when using their services?

Decided to start on my suspension this evening. Managed to undo the bottom drop link bolt but the top one wasn't turning at all and ended up rounding it. Just checked. Battery was on chRge overnight and showed 14.07 volts. After starting engine it showed 12.05 then up to 12.32 after engine switched off.
