Re: Mk3 and tall people
Only difference I noticed when going from my MK2 to the Mk3 was that I sit lower in the MK3.. That has to be a good sign, if you are able to drive a MK2 ok
(I drive with he seat all the way back on the runners in both)

Re: Considering a MK3
Practicality if not what the MK3 is about.
Sunday 6.30 am on deserted B roads is where it shines. Cheap hooning... Few cars car match it on that count.
Train the misses to do the shopping

Gonna try and pop along in the Roadster..
It's Very low at the front so I'm concerned about Speed humps.. Are there any en route?

Re: Cusco brake stopper anyone ?
I presume the ebay copies are poorly designed and dont go straight on?
The example pics are of my car.. I purchased that Cusco one from RHDJapan and it just went straight on, no fuss. It used mounting points that are the same on all MK2 body shells.

Re: Swerve @ 80 plus
Sounds like movement in the rear track control arm.
Could be the bushes or more likely the bolt that connects the track control arm to the subframe. (captive nut fails)

Sure that was created by a guy who used to be on the old IMOC - Yahoo Groups site.
