Re: StaffsMR2kits.co.uk still trading?

Thanks Karl.

Anyone purchased from the company in Karl's link Just checked out their parent company website http://www.mrchltd.com and looked in the gallery section showing the parts in the containers after transit from korea/china.

Do we not have anyone manufacturing copies here in the UK?

I am after a Toms rear bumper and Aeroware don't appear to make one. Any one know who else makes a good copy of this bumper?

Pics of Toms bumper+MRD sideskirts fitted

Anyone happen to have profile pics of a Rev3 with MRD sideskirts and a Toms bumper fitted. I am trying to find a deeper fitting rear bumper that lines up with the drop of the MRD sideskirts. Thanks.

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Advice wanted on tuning/mapping a Rev 2 Turbo

I was running a standard ecu with Apexi AVCR set at 1.2 bar and saw injectors at 99-100%. I still see 98% with the PowerFC at 1.3 bar but that is a safe map of 10.5 AFR on WOT. OOps, forgot you are on about rev2 with CT26 and smaller injectors. sorry. However, I tend to agree with Bob as I see other...

Re: Rev3 Turbo - Catalytic Converter Alternative

Anyone else got experience with one of these downpipes or knows of someone else with a 3SGTE engine (GT4) that has one fitted?

I have emailed XS Power but no response yet regarding trials and/or emissions achieved.

Thanks.

Re: CT20b Turbo downpipe studs quantity

Cheers Peter, After reading your response I checked the thread I had found and sure enough further down the thread the guy is corrected and it is 7. Just shows how easy it is to get misinformed. So rev1 and 2 CT26 is 6 studs and rev3 CT20b is 7 studs. Peter, how would I go about removing one of the ...

CT20b Turbo downpipe studs quantity

rev1 and 2 - CT26 = 6 studs

rev3 - CT20b = 7 studs.

Edited so that people will look at first post in thread and see correct answer.

How many studs are there connecting the downpipe up to the ct20b turbo?

Thanks.

stop speaking $hite imocers. As long as you declare the mods you have nothing to worry about regarding insurance! Check out the affiliates on IMOC as a good starting point. While you are on, gets some pics up of your beast please. Funny how original posts change before your response is put up there....

Re: Rev3 Turbo - Catalytic Converter Alternative

Thanks for feedback guys. The xspower downpipe is an option but I would rather leave that as a last resort.

Peter, do you think with a 100/200 CPSI cat fitted in the mid-section of the exhaust and adjusting the fueling it will be possible to get through the emissions test?

Thanks.

Rev3 Turbo - Catalytic Converter Alternative

Anyone know what the "cells per square inch" CPSI are in the standard catalytic converter on the rev3 turbo? I have an after market downpipe which would be a pain to remove/refit for MOT but new legislation insists. Fortunately I have a Fujitsubo rear box that needs a mid section made for ...
