Re: Project MRX350

Are You useing the Innovate system offen ? I heard it´s not trustworthy on long term use.

Re: Apexi power fc question

That will be 335bhp at the fly. If you have not altered the map recently then the PowerFC will not be the cause of the overfuelling. It just responds to the information the other sensors are sending it. The problem is elsewhere. Are you using the PowerFC O2 loop back feature to keep the AFR's at 14....

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Mapping and fuel

Apexi PowerFC only reports knock being present by flashing the engine warning light. It does not put the engine into a safe "boost" mode like the original ECU. If you map for 99 Ron fuel and then put 97 Ron in expecting the knock sensor to put the engine into safe mode expect problems.

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Mapping and fuel

What exactly is it you are getting done to your map that you refer to as a tweak? If you are just getting a few cells mapped at peak power then just leave it on 97 Ron. Its cheaper than 99 Ron anyway. If you want to take full advantage of 99 Ron (fuel and ignition mapping) then you would need a full...

From the 1st August 1995 to 31st August 2002 even if a car is not listed in the Annex they HAVE to do CAT test. Page 10 table 1 in following link.

Re: Shift Cable Bearing Kit £9.70

Thanks Peter, received yesterday and will be fitted this weekend. Just fitted these yesterday. Bottom one was a doddle. My old top one disintegrated and left the old bearing collar in place. Had to take the ARC induction box out and attack it from above. A couple of hours later with several stops du...
