Just renewed my insurance with Adrian Flux. Dan managed to get me a cracking deal taking into consideration that I only have the car on the road for 6 months of the year.
How do I go about getting proof of IMOC membership?

I use the Devils Own kit and asked the same question of them way back in 2008 (may have been earlier). I placed mine just after the inter cooler as advised.

Re: MRD resurrection?
Hi Macca, After a lot of looking around all those years ago, I bought my genuine skirts and rear splitters from MRD because of the styling.(Still think they suit the car lines well). The side skirts were £650 and the splitters £180. I will have to check the receipt to confirm. There was a thread I s...

axle stands to prevent flat spots on tyres? Just keep moving the car around each week or two. Make sure tyre pressures are good. Service it when you put it back on the road.

Re: Possible to buy new catalytic converter? (Rev3 turbo)
I had bought a downpipe off GTSChris approx 10 years ago and had it fitted to my car. I got a company to fit a 120 cells per square inch sports cat into it . Cost £180 for CAT and fitting last year. You can see it in my garage pictures. Dont know where you are based but for anyone else in my area th...

It would be an easy task to re-map it if the User Interface of Jon's mapping software is easy to use. Im assuming that Jon's software is more a prototype and may not be as user friendly and polished as he would like and maybe documentation on how to use the software is not up to date. Any chance you...

pop-up valve? Or do you mean blow off valve (BOV)? BOV's are fitted as standard but are of the recirculating type, so if it is a BOV that you mean you probably mean a dump to atmosphere type. In reference to finding the right car, with £5k you should find a very good low mileage rev3 with the mods y...

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Limits of the stock fueling system
Hats off simba90.
Great achievement.
Remember, not all engines are built the same and the standard ecu is mapped with a lot of tolerance to provide for all engines. Some engines can just take a little bit more. Have fun driving, like me tomorrow 6am over to Hartside Pass. Bed time.

Regarding figures she was putting down 304fwhp on last RR in 2010.
On WOT my AFR's are in the low 10's which is rich but provides a safety margin.

JD, You seem to be the exception to prove the rule, for how long did you run 97% injector duty cycle @1.2bar and your car not go bang I have been running 97% @ 1.3 bar on a CT20b for approx 9 years now. Granted I dont floor her every where but she has a few rolling roads and a good few spirited ear...

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Wideband. what do I need?
I went with the Innovative LC1 and XD1 kit and been using it for the last 4-5 years. It has never failed me, just recalibrate it every 6 months. You can data log through the gauge, but like you I have the PowerFC and so opted for a DataLogit also so I can data log everything. When on a journey of 30...

I got mine just over 12 years ago and later than usual she is coming out the garage on Tuesday 1st July. I cant wait to drive her again, if only for 4 months, but as an owner I must admit that it is worth waiting for the right one and then pampering her for ever. (Treat your woman that way also and ...

What happened to passenger door? Gtech did a great job restoring this car and hats off to you for keeping it that way. I thought this car had Apexi PowerFC and Devils Own WI kit? If you look in my garage you will see his inspiration . Any how, best of luck with sale mate.

The engine management system behaved correctly after you over boosted if that is what you are asking about.
