hello I just do the same thing as you, but I have a problem the car is unable to pass the 6000 rpm! the switch as it had been moved to 6000! and there is smoke white / gray out the exhaust.

Hello, I did a swap in my mr2 engine using the friend a rev2 3sgte walking very well before he removed his MR2. after that I was doing a converssion ais a rev2 rev3 I reconnected all the hoses, wire, etc., in short, I think I have done everything correctly and change the ecu, map sensor, injector .....

I spliced the wires at the ecu. I just poked the wires into the ecu ports and connected where needed to test. Made good later. You can solder or use crimps.
