Blue goes to green. I don't believe there was a hose, it just pushed in if I remember correctly.

Re: MOT centres that are MR2 friendly in Kent?
I took mine to Autobase in Marden near Staplehurst. It's not dodgy or anything like that but there is a guy that works there that breaks MR2's so they know a bit about the cars.

How is the mileage and mpg input to the app, is it manual or hooked up through some software on the car?
It's put in manually.

It's an app called Road Trip.
This was my miles per day so you can see how it matches to the mpg:
FYI - it was a standard rev 3

My usage of my rev 3 turbo was similar to what you will be doing and this was my MPG the whole time I had it:
The higher MPG's were long trips.

Re: [FINALIZED] 1995 GT Turbo T-Bar
Hi Matt, The boost issue was actually just a missing fastening on the air box which meant the cold air feed kept sucking itself against the side of the engine bay, cutting off the air supply. I've had the car for 2 years and did about 8,000 miles a year. The guy who owned it before me had it for 3 y...

Park your car with one wheel on the road and the other on wet grass. Pull away ...enthusiastically. If you don't move and the wheel on the grass just spins uselessly you don't have an LSD

Re: Can someone confirm airbox differences?
NA and turbo air boxes are not the same for each rev. Rev 1 and 2 have an AFM and so are different from the rev 3+ ones (applies to both NA and Turbo). The way I see it there are 4 different air boxes: Rev 1&2 NA Rev 1&2 turbo Rev 3+ NA Rev 3+ turbo I am not 100% sure rev 1 and 2 are the sam...

Differences between revisions: Revision 1 (12/1989 to 11/1991) The original MK2. Loved by those who demanded a challenging, yet rewarding ride at the edge. The handling was developed with support from an ex Formula 1 racing driver. Earned a reputation as 'dangerous' in the motoring press because of ...

Re: Going to look at a Rev Turbo - advice please
Spark plug size is the same size as the wheel nuts which is 5/8"/16mm hex.
There should not be much play in the turbo shaft really, maybe about 0.5mm.
Compression should be around 175psi.
Hope the car's a good one

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Engine hesitation at 4000+ rpm
I had this problem and tried everything to sort it. It turned out I was just missing a bolt that attaches the airbox to the firewall. When the turbo was sucking in enough air, the air intake would suck itself against the side of the engine bay, cutting the air supply. This was my thread about it whi...
