Re: Falken Azenis FK-453

I seem to be struggling getting my usual T1r tyres You could try EARS they sourced me some Toyo T1R tyres a few months ago at a very good price. Contact Mike at mike@ears.co.uk tell him Nic pointed you his way as he said he'd do members a good deal. I tried Ears back at the end of July and said the...

Re: Falken Azenis FK-453

I would tread carefully ordering the t1r atm I was looking for a good couple of months. Alot of websites were saying they were instock but I was phoning them to double check which they wasn't.

Worth a call though, I haven't seen that website above before.

Re: Falken Azenis FK-453

I've been like you for years always had t1r but this time I'd used all my track spares and road sets so had to find alternatives I went for the ziex 912s and I have to say they are better in the wet than the t1r tyres and seem to hold the road well in the dry. Best advantage is they don't have the w...

As peter says my bet would be coil, I had the same issues with my rev 3. Won't hurt replacing the cap and arm aswell though.

Re: Paintwork question

Liquid yellow is really hard to photograph it changes colour in the slightest change in light.

I have friends with liquid yellow clio/megane sports and tbh it was the first thought that came into my head.

Re: You know you drive an MR2 when....

When you start the car after washing it and you have a misfire. When you turn the stereo on and you have that whine from the active system. When you leave the house and your initial thought is you need to get fuel first. When you get asked don't they do kits to make these look like a Ferrari. Good t...

Re: rear camber issues

Personally jack the wheel up and check for play first, I had a very unhealthy wheel bearing on my rev3 tubby which caused a large difference in camber on the n.s.r wheel.

powerflex engine mounts

Hi all I have a 94 rev 3 turbo, I want to buy the above mounts but I'm unsure what size I need as they list 3 diameters on camskill.

73mm
79mm
83.5mm

Any ideas from people who have done them before as to which ons I need?

Thanks for the help guys :)[/list]

rear wheel bearing/hub

Hi all, I have had my n/s/r wheel bearing changed twice now on my rev 3 turbo once under part warranty however I think its going again now. In the space of 3 months approx since it went on. It was suggested to me at the last replacement that if it goes again that the hub maybe at fault thus eating t...

Re: Rev 3 Turbo overheating

Well New rad went on yesterday and its still not playing ball... Car seems ok normal driving but giving it some sends the gauge up however after a little more driving the gauge comes down and heaters go cold/hot adjusting to the gauge movements. Does this sound serious as its behaving like an air lo...
