Re: Whats the best place to get Tyres

Try tyre leader as well they were cheaper than both camskill and my tyres for me and two other people put there way. Great company to deal with too.

Re: Complete noob, potential first MR2. Advice please!

If you need a specialist in the west Midlands I'd happily recommend Nathan at Mrtwos in willenhall near Walsall. Top guy knows his stuff and will happily help you. His prices are also very reasonable.

Re: best brake pads?

I'd be looking at yellow stuff or ferodo DS range are very good for fast road.

I use carbotec xp8s but they are stupid money albeit fantastic pads but I wouldn't have them if it was only used on the road.

[Mk2] [Turbo] apexi power intake

Hi guys,

Wondered if anyone can tell me the best place to buy one of these intakes or the replacement filter at least in the UK.

Car is a rev 3 turbo

I've had a look about but don't seem to have any luck finding a trusted company to buy from.

Thanks all

Re: Which track days?

Oulton park and Mallory park are both good tracks in the MIDs area frm experience... As for organisers I stick with msv and book a track they are both top companies.

Easy track were one of the worst but they shut up shop about 12 months ago. Now I'm onto European tracks to get my fix lol

Re: yellow fog lights

I never use my front fogs peter, so it would be purely aesthetics. I've seen Hondas with yellow lenses and a few different coloured mr2s with the same but never a standard red rev 3. Lol :P I did Google it but I'm looking for just a red rev3 with the yellow lenses fog lights switched off. sorry I di...

yellow fog lights

Hey guys, Just wondering if any of you have a standard bodywork red rev 3 with yellow front fog lights? I need a new pair of fog lights but I don't know whether to go for yellow fogs or to go clear again. Failing that is there anyone who could photoshop a pic of my car with yellow fog lights please?

Re: Capable track toy?

I've never had an issue with the ct20 having such lag to cause any issues with mid corner handling of the mr2. I find it has a very smooth delivery if you drive the car via the throttle. To the op, it depends what you want out of a trackday as to the car you go for next. Do you want to be quick, be...

Re: Capable track toy?

What lag? Pump the throttle?? Come on if you do that you DESERVE to crash!! The CT20 doesn't even have lag above 4000rpm and it has very little 500rpm below that. So you never drop off boost at track rpms. Or am l driving a different MR2 to everyone else? I give up! I'm not even going to continue w...
