Re: MR2 drivers can't get it up

This post has definitley started something, after those couple of waves the other day i had another one this morning from a zirkon blue one in Bishops Stortford. Still not sure whether they are doing it out of politeness or because they love their Two though.... Anyway, with all this rain i think i ...

Re: MR2 drivers can't get it up

Well how about this for a coincidence, read this post yesterday morning and on my way home from work last night i saw the usual Yellow Mk2 who waves back but also got a wave from another black Mk2, a red Mk1 and then this morning a Red Mk2. The community is alive and well in North Essex it seems!

Re: Mk2 spyder in pawthcawl

Blimmy! I was under the impression only 88 Mk2 Spyders were ever made. Too see one is pretty impressive! Only learned of their existance a few weeks ago.

My god do they look nice!

Yellow Rev2 and Red Rev2, Saffron Walden, Essex, various locations

Keep seeing a Red Rev2 all about town, mid 20's male driver, looks in good nick (thats the car you undertand)

The yellow one is driven by an older guy and remains to date the only MR2 who says hello to me before i say hello to him, saw you yesterday up near the Tesco store.

Re: brakes

I've had mine just over a month and am getting the same thing. Obviously make sure its got decent condition disks and pads on it, if it has then you'll probably just need to bleed the breaks. Bare in mind as well, depending what your last car was, they may just not be as sharp in the first place. If...

Re: Oil recomendation for 135k Rev 2 NA

This is exactly the kind of thing i was wondering. I've got a 76k Rev 3 N/A just arrived in the family and i'm about to change the oil. Any ideas on that or would just a good Castrol or Mobil one do the job? Mainly use it for country lanes and B Roads

[Mk2] [NA] front and side black misted lenses on Rev 3 Import

I'm trying to find some black misted lenses for the side and front repeaters on my 2...its a 93 Rev 3 import and the orange doesn't hakf stand out against the black paint. My mates got a black tubby with misted lenses so i know you can get them but not sure he knows where from. Photobucket is down b...

Re: broken power steering

Re: ABS

My mate has just broken his old Mk2 Rev 2 N/a. I know he's got rid of most of the panels and the stripped down shell but we did take the engine out (the engine is completely dead) with the idea that he'd sell on all the sensors. If you think his might work for you pm me and i'll get in touch with hi...

Re: broken power steering

Mine cuts out intermitantly, i usually find the next time i start it up its cut back in. I think its a known problem on most MR2's. My mate's had both an N/A Rev 2 and a Tubby Rev 3 and he's had the same thing. How long have you had the car and is this the first time? also how long as it stayed off ...

Yea agreed! I'll be honest, i'm not really a fan of the yellow colour option but that new coat does look lovely! Like Sparki said, real deep and rich.

Nice!!!
