LSD and Suspension
Hi guys, looking at giving my MR2 a bit of an overhaul of the handling side. So quick query, do any MR2's come with an LSD standard? If not, what is the Kaaz LSD like? http://www.demon-tweeks.co.uk/Motorsport/Transmission_&_Drive_train/Kaaz_Limited_Slip_Differential_1.5_Way/1425/0/115548/42251 O...

I've pushed my rev2 mr2 but with good tyres all around
(T1R's 225/15/50 rear and 195/15/50 front) I haven't found the back end move around at all! Don't push it in the wet though for obvious reasons!

Frontal area doesn't change.![](./images/smilies/spacer.gif)

If you look at the front of the car with the headlights up and down, the sillouette of the car doesn't change and the sillouette is the frontal area, it'll be the coefficient of drag that is changing to create the extra resistance.![](./images/smilies/spacer.gif)

Re: what alarm?
A kill switch is really quite easy as the battery is just on the other side of the dash, simply need a switch with a key to be hooked inline with the negative power supply like.

Bodywork in Huddersfield
Well, went up to Castle Hill today with the girlfriend, parked up and went for a walk.
Come back and the car has a big dent in the door and no cars around.
Annoying.![](./images/smilies/spacer.gif)
![](./images/smilies/spacer.gif)
So, anyone know anywhere in Huddersfield that is good for bodywork?

Thanks.![](./images/smilies/spacer.gif)

First proper drive and what a drive!
Been out today enjoying the nice sunshine on the moors around Huddersfield, was quite a spirited drive! The car is fantastic, don't get close to the limits of the thing before I reach my own limits of braveness lol. Love how flat it is through the corners and always planted, brakes were superb too, ...

Re: Power Steering Light - Still Drivable ?
The amount of effort required to turn the steering wheel between a car with no power steering and a car which has had its power steering fail are not related. In a no power steered car you simply turn the wheels yourself. When the PAS fails you have to turn the steering which involves forcing all th...
