If the car is fitted with lights and they dont work then yes it will fail, but if no lights are fitted then they cannot test them.

So what have you actually done to the engine? Is it just a standard n/a with the exhaust manifold and turbo bolted to it or have you gone any further than that? The bodywork has been done just needs painting now.

true but they add labour to it and VAT so it works out expensive. we doing the spraying as my other halfs cousin is a sprayer.
