[Mk2] [Turbo] Arc airbox???

Hi, I'm planning on getting myself an arc airbox for my rev 2, but I'm also planning on removing the airflow meter somehow. Does the airbox mounts the same for the rev2 and rev3? So does it matter whether I getting one suited to a rev 2 or 3 three is my question

Ok thanks again for the info, I'm planning to get as close to 600hp as possible. Also do I need twin fuel pumps or is one good enough????

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Which Head is best for engine build

Hi mate interesting thread, I'm currently doing a similar project. If you can't get a rev 3 manifold I got one I bought but no longer need. If your near central London your more than welcome to it. Bought myself a Rmr Mani ;-)

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Top feed fuel injectors

Ok my standard injectors are definately sidefeed and mine is a rev 2, I thought rev were the ones which were top feed?

Found and website called ninjapower and they sell the collars for the injectors. Dunno if people know with site or not. Any reviews?

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Head and cams

I think the higher the lift the further up the power band. I was looking at a set of kelford 280 cams and they shift the power to the top of the rev range. Not to sure what happens when mixing cam profiles.

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Cryogenic Freezing

I'm pretty sure inlinemotors do a sleeve with a bore of 87mm which they say is indestructible. Take a look. www.inlinemotors.co.uk

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Top feed fuel injectors

Do you know if you need injector collors or adapters of somesort to fit the injectors in the head? Or have I just got the wrong injectors? They was listed as "mk2 injectors" didn't state rev and I didn't bother asking.

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Top feed fuel injectors

Does that mean that you can only use sidefeed injectors on a rev 2 and can not change them to top feed?

[Mk2] [Turbo] HKS fuel rail for sale! Rev3

Hi all bought this fuel rail thinking it would fit my rev2 and as most of you already can guess it didn't fit. So it is back up for sale. £90 delivered it has marks on it where the bolts go through. Can send pics if needed

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Top feed fuel injectors

Right the fuel rail doesn't line up so is now back up for sale lol. As for the injectors, I don't know how they fit into the head as the original are sidefeed and sit inside the fuel rail which sits in the head??? Do I use the existing fuel rail just to mount the injectors???

Cheers for your help
