Does this have any LSD or open diff?

I am quite interested, have one other question it says "Headwork not done" in the advert, What exactly does this involve and how much difference will it make compared to one that has? I like the idea, its just I dont want to be buying something that will cause me major grief down the line ...

Will the coolant issue be relatively simple to resolve can anyone tell me?

Or does it indicate possibly a more serious problem with the engine?
