Exhaust 'Split/frade Flexi'

I have a Powerflow mid pipe & backbox, the flexi section is frade split in some parts, does this need replaced before i fit it on my 2.

I bought a cap off ebay from Japan the other week, not fitted yet as I want to flush out my system and fit new rad so that I don't get brown water in my new cap. The new cap says Caution Racing Development TRD some jap stuff and never open when hot on the top of it. The packet says 1.3kg/cm2 on it....

I got the middle bolt out & loosend the bracket beside it (think it's for the mount) but it seems like there is somthin else holding it...it's as if it needs to step out so it clears the cams/belt then up^ & out. Your right tho the middle bolt was fecking torture ](*,) I am going to give it ...
