Very true the fit would have to be spot on I can imagen it would be with them knowing that it couldn't be modded to fit I would assume it would fit perfect but who knows till you try it, as you have stated it wouldn't be much of a weight loss and could be better spent on mods to improve performance ...

Gizzmo what intake temps were you seing when you were mapping it? And what sort of cooling are you using chargecooler bootmount etc? Also what was the boost set at?

Just thort I would throw this out there as it maybe of some help to the thread, as greeny I am sapprised the coolant system isn't working efficiently considering your only running 500bhp, as I'm pritty sure nathen was still running the oem system on his 900hp drag car and once again agree with green...

hard cotton disc attach it to a drill set to medium speed and use some metal polish hard wax, apply to the disc while its rotating then apply to the surface dont stay in one pot to long
