ill keep an eye out for what you use

Re: [Mk2] [NA] Air Box Drilling
you might find its better to have simple mods on your insurance. some specialist companies witll only insure cars with mods and for cars like ours they tend to give the best quotes i had to lie and say my punto had an air filter on once because they wouldn't insure me without mods lol. i dont know h...

Re: worrying puddle?
theres no sign of any dripping water though, plus the top of the cubby box is dry. i think the waters coming from the front somewhere because it looks like the water is just running down to the back of the car. ill figure it out on Wednesday hopefully.

worrying puddle?
i have a mk 2 turbo, it's been off the road for about 9 months and ive just been cleaning it out. the passenger side carpet is really damp and when i lifted the cubby box up there was a fair sized puddle underneath it. i dried out the puddle and checked around for where the water could be coming fro...

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] couple of questions about changing the intake hose?
ahhh ok, so how would i go about getting rid of that? i presume it would have to be hooked up then and it can't just be ignored lol. the hard pipe for my filter actually has a fitment that i've blocked off that i think i could connect that too. i would have to buy a slightly longer hose though i thi...

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] couple of questions about changing the intake hose?
its a rev 3. i knowi can put the one coming from the top straight to a catch can and i was hoping i could do something similar with the other one so that i didnt have to have anything going back into the turbo. i know it's nothing to important but don't know what it actually does. i think for this m...

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] couple of questions about changing the intake hose?

[Mk2] [Turbo] couple of questions about changing the intake hose?
i have a big tear in my turbo intake elbow so i'm looking to replace it. i'd rather buy after market silicone but i'm on a budget this month so need to check a couple of things first. if i change the hose there are 2 pipes that will be left unattatched, one comes from the canister on top of the rock...
