Re: First MRtwo

Yep, Rev 2 colour only(though have seen a Rev 1/H reg this colour, must have been a very late one) latest one's are L reg, still Rev 2.

Can see they've painted the side splitters, get the sills/front splitter colour coded, best mod you can, upgrades the look alot. :D

Re: Changing my dizz and rotory arm

I did mine few years back with a cheap(ebay) parts, if I was doing it again, I'd prob buy genuine, the rotor arm got destroyed after a few weeks.

Put the old(Toyota) one back in and it was fine. Distributor cap was fine though.

Little tale for y'all. :)

They'll be none left when Jason's finished, sell it and let someone else have some fun with it. :thumleft: This. Agree with MR2_Rich throughout this thread. Re: Top mount change

I have, took me 2 days the first time as I was a n00b and using basic tools. lol Hardest parts for me were getting the hub bolts off(initially, until I got the leverage) getting the top mount nut off(mine was stuck on) and getting the damn hub to align with the strut when putting it back together, t...

Re: Do MR2's Still Grab Attention? and Turn Heads?:)

Yep, did get in my old one which was fairly stock looking, think they might have just been wondering WTF the air scoop was though. Funny when I'm browsing for sale ads and got some ridiculously tacky kitted/modded 2's and they say it's a headturner, yeah cause it looks horrendous. But ye...

Re: After months of neglect......pic heavy

Very very nice, I'm a sucker for a black on black 2. :D 8)

I prefer Rev 3 lights but got to say it pulls off Rev2's nicely, maybe it's due to you having the red instead of amber corner light. :thumleft:

Lovely, I can only dream of having a 2 like that... when I get another one.

Re: [Mk2] [NA] Alternate way of opening bonnet?

I see, will try when it comes to it. What actually happened was 2 weeks ago the catch didn't close properly after having the bonnet open and the bonnet flew up and cracked my windscreen, bonnet is all dented, me and friend managed to get the bonnet back down despite it resting a few inches above it'...

[Mk2] [NA] Alternate way of opening bonnet?

Hi, I'm wondering if anyone can advise here.

If your bonnet latch inside the car isn't working(cable is stretched too far)is there any other way of getting the bonnet open?

Cheers.
