I used a rubber mallet to knock it through as it was tight.

Jumping on it made little difference and I started to think I couldn't split them but a few not over aggressive blows see it moving.

Remember to take it out as straight as possible.

Get it on a rolling road see what you have to play with as it is then take it from there before swapping engines and so forth.

Performance Direct was who I renewed with, think there was one cheaper but it was like £10 and wasnt worth the effort of swapping things round so I just stayed with Performance Direct and overall I've been very happy with my last 2 years insurance with them.
