for future ref, how much is one - exchange unit i assume?

from what ive been told with my idle issue it could be the coolant sensor, so maybe as part of the flushing it has done something? just a thought

i have cp pistons and eagle rods in mine, currently running 400hp - was mapped at around 450hp - im sure there are better / more expensive ones out there, depends on what your ultimate power/torque goals are

im sure this is not the accepted method, but the droning from the exhaust at the current idle is awful. I have blanking plate from a rev3 turbo ISCV valve that was removed on my old rev3 turbo - now that probably wont fit but it highlights the fact ive owned and ran one without issues without an ISC...

personally (legalities aside) id go for a very light smoke on the std lights if you were not keen on the rev3 lights. For me the rev3 lights are the best around, rev6 ones look awful and are poorly made (i had a set on a car i broke once) and lexus lights are hmmmm - carp just replaced the lexus lig...

cheers, ill check it out. its a weapon but has a few little issues as most used performance cars do, aside from the wheel refurb, bonnet and drop links which were on the bad points, the idle is a little high and trying to get to the bottom of it, and im not 100% sure the charge cooler is man enough ...

are they works vs-xx - if so they are the same as mine and exactly how i want mine to look, polished lip and anthracite centres - v. nice

triangulation braces, there are 2x at the front and 2x at the rear, divided opinion on whether they do much on a road car, a track/race car i suppose needs all the chassis bracing it can get

they are a bit like lexus lights, they dont even look good on a lexus, and DRL dont even look good on cars that have them from the factory

that i cannot say, i bought the car last saturday, im not totally bothered as it could easily be broken for loads more than i paid for it, but now i have it, it does show serious potential as a track car/fast road car - so id like to sort it the idle valve def does something as the idle drops a lot ...
