Re: MK1....New Throttle Bracket
Funny enough, thats what I've always thought. It looked like an after thought, also hides the engine and doesn't look very tidy.

MK1....New Throttle Bracket
Started cleaning up my engine compartment and decided to get rid of that monster throttle bracket that Mr T fitted. Here's my version in stainless steel. Opinions ? http://www.mr2oc.co.uk/users/jimi/Tb13.JPG http://www.mr2oc.co.uk/users/jimi/Tb14.JPG http://www.mr2oc.co.uk/users/jimi/Tb15.JPG Jimi

Re: MK1 Rear speakers
You need to unbolt the seatbelt from the middle of the B pillar, take off the trim panel behind it, then take of the trim panel round the side window, speakers are behind that.

Re: [mk1] Running temp
I had the same problem with mine last week, slow to warm up, gauge diving when I booted it. Fitted a new thermostat(MR T) and it stays rock solid all the time now.

Re: Seperate Sections
That's fair enough I can see your point. What about something like the old board where you could flag your post as Mk1 /Mk2/General ? makes finding things a lot easierand saves having to trawl through loads of MK2 posts to find something MK1 related and vice versa.
