Filled all ten spots, people welcome to come along, should be ok for a couple more, or if you just want to spectate.

Some rr places do 3 runs for £40 if there's a group of ten or more, bound to be more expensive with a one off run.

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Weird noise under boost :(
Manifold to turbo gasket failing would cause this, could be just loose, closed until increase in back pressure causes high pressure exhaust gasses to pass

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Stock internals safe (ish) level of boost
Water meth injection will be a good idea.
1.2bar on a 20b is a whole lot different to a gt30.
I'd start at actuator pressure and keep increasing boost until you're at a decent amount with no signs of unwanted things. Seen 1.5bar ran on a similar setup

Wheels shouldn't get marked putting tyres on, as you can mount them by hand, you only use the tyre machine to secure the wheel, just make sure the secured by the outer rim. They just push on, it's breaking the bead and levering them over, which can lead to marks. i always see a pry bar used when ge...

Could be something as simple as the slave cylinder on the release fork needing a bit of grease.

Isn't the blueflame EXACTLY the same as a Mongoose, but with different tail pipes? :eye: No its very different, the blueflame sounds far nicer and doesn't give me a headache like the mongoose did.[/quote] Weird. Was sure they were exactly the same, made in exactly the same way, just with different ...

Re: Quietest aftermarket backbox available? (Rev3 turbo)
My factory stock rev 3 na you can hear arrive at the house, so I wouldn't think about that too much. Drone is a big issue, mongoose is by far the worst exhaust I have ever had , had several different brands on my mr2s too. Currently on a blue flame which sounds great but i want something quieter, t...

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Front Shock Absorbers Question
The bilstein struts compared to na Toyota struts are considerably softer and I wouldn't want them on my turbo,
The kyb may be similar but I would think closer spec to the Toyota struts.
I ran kyb adjustable struts on my rev 1 turbo, never seen them for sale in a long time
