Considering that my drill has just died and I can't afford a new one right now, if I just order the above bracket can I avoid any horrible rusty screws and just chuck out the old coil and bracket as a whole?

What kind of material drill bit should I be using? And should it be the same/a close diameter to that of the screw itself? And what length & pitch bolts should I be looking for to replace them? Would definitely be much happier if they were S/S with a hex head
