not sure if it's applicable here but cold fuel increases the chance of det doesn't it, thats why the throttle body is heated from the coolant supply...to prevent fuel droplets forming in the pot.

mr2's aren't a cheap date, but, I actually rate the falken 452 quite highly...mine never let go without warning and lasted well, bit dodgey in the wet maybe...but who the heck rags a marto in the rain...had R888's before that, and they are the nutts

I had a sandwich plate for oil temp....rev2 tubby...but it leaked like fk when it got hot, it's too near the exhaust manifold for some but not for others

clutch...slave cylinder or associated pipe, gotta get underneath and check for lost fluid.
New slave from Camskill is about £30...master cylinders are easy to get on here second hand...I have 2 for £10 each.

multi lead...spider earth is the popular name I believe, on my rev 2 it appears from the injector loom wiring and drops inbetween the fingers to the securing point underneath the manifold on the block...can sort you this wiring with loom attached if needed matey...pm if I can help

if the oil feed pipe has, at any point, been bent and creased...a very easy thing to do if removing a turbo for the first time...it will leak forever, also possible to get a tiny split in the same pipe if it has been bent around on the re-fit...new gaskets wouldn't solve it if this were the prob...I...

Never saw rain water on my alt and my rain tray was super modified but my old alt wasdeffo subjected to an oil leak and that polished it off...I replaced it earlier this year with a 90 amp jobbie which is for for sale on here if your interested. http://i614.photobucket.com/albums/tt222/djpkins/DSC00...

I bought an ally rad from ebay earlier this year...was around £100, fit perfectly, didn't have a bleed point on it and thats no biggy...but it is a few points off...main thing was the metal is sooooooooo soft, you really really have to be carefull when fitting, I bent mine with my toe!

You can prob fit a generic one...but still use the grommet and fixxing that secure it to the wing.
