Re: Project MRX350
Which bushes in particular do you want? I've fitted an entire PB kit? Sorry, I've gone back over this and I think I'm a little confused - I was just talking about the bush to fill hub carrier upper holes (for when there are no camber adjustment bolts) but I think we cleared that up - I should be dr...

Re: Project MRX350
Awesome!
What sort of ballpark are we in for this one then (without SC....)? 5-7k?
How do you think the gear change will work out with this? nice and smooth?
Also, would you mind getting a couple of extra bushes for the suspension when you get around to it, and let me know what you want for them?

Have a look in the print preview - it should show the same thing in print preview as the actual print.
If there is a problem with it cutting some of the document off, you'll need to alter your data so that the bottom of the page isn't pushed on to another page.

Re: White Lanner
Because the white (and black) lanners were the rarest of the rares? And didn't their very existence get 'discussed' quite a lot? Hence the 'infamous'?
Not sure how original this one is now by the looks of things?

I now have a roadworthy MR2 so if there are any late minute club stand cancellations I'd be up for taking the ticket.

Re: Project MRX350
Ahh, that'll be it. I agree with you, bolts and holes should match. If it had been the hub carrier hole that was too big, I would have gone with a bush, but because it's the strut holes, as you say, I'll need to drill out the hub carrier. As far as the strut bracket width and hub carrier width diffe...

Re: Project MRX350
I do have my mk.2 front struts on, and remember them going on ok, so will need to check those bolts again in case I missed something. S'ok tho as I've only wheeled it in to and out of the garage. Haven't got around to drilling out the upper holes for the mk.2 rear mounts yet. Will assemble hub carri...

Re: Project MRX350
They do seem to be very reasonable, considering some I've seen. Will pick a couple of pairs up too. Thanks! I'm going for some laser cut spacers to fill out the extra gaps between the hub carrier and the suspension brackets. Will need them for both front and back but they'll fit well with them on. A...

Thanks Tez - I replied to your PM.
The blade isn't a problem, I can get it replaced in the near future.

Re: [FINALIZED] 1998 UK Rev5 N/A. Tein coilovers, Enkei wheels, JDM parts
Tez - very keen on the car, its exactly what I'm looking for.
Pretty happy to buy it based on the above pics, but, I wonder if you'd do me the favor of taking some pics of it dry and a pic of the crack in the blade?
Do you still have the original seatbelts?
Cheers,
coanda

Re: Just got a SC! Few questions... :-)
NOT Factory, looks like a car done by a member on here or perhaps the mk1 club, two or three years ago, if is the same car, you are very lucky, if I remember right it was very well done and the work carried out was done to a good standard. More pics would help. Chris Seems to be a copy of Chris' - ...

Thankyou guys - Paul, I knew it was one of yours, just couldn't remember the car it was off!
I have one already but it is looking a little worse for wear so time for a new one.

A red mk.1 has popped up in to the one of the car parks at Airbus in Filton, Bristol.
Looks in pretty good nick.

Part numbers for SC pulley and alternator and AC pulley
Hey, Looking for the part numbers for the SC pulley that is recommended to use instead of the plastic one sold by Fensport. I believe that it is a Toyota part? I'm also looking to replace the AC and Alt drive belt pulley - does anyone know the part number of this one? Progress is slow but steady... ...

Re: Speedo not working after 4AGZE swap
You can still get the gears new. They are the same as the ones in early 3sgte cars.
TCB Parts still list the three key parts (key, drive and housing) on their website - that's where I got mine.
