Be very cautious of this. the suspension/wheel etc can all be bolted up but still leave the driveshaft half way in the gearbox! I havnt got a photo just yet but there should be a metal dust cap on the shaft which sits near flush to the box.

sure its not old fluid? clutch/brake fluid doesnt last forever?

inside the car remove the rear plastic cover from beneath the seatbelt, then unbolt the seatbelt reel (two nuts). behind that your see a nut in line with the rub strip (outside the car), i think its about 12mm, remove this and thats one half of the rub strip removed. the other half of the rub strip ...

Sorry bud i probably havnt explained that very well, the boot itself is held on by 2 steel bands which wrap around the shafts (your see these clear enough), to fit the new boots though they need to slide down the driveshaft (from the splined end) but because the cv joint is on the shaft you will nee...

me personally...the worst job you can do on an mr2 :evil: purely as its messy and fiddly as hell getting the cv cage back together (if the joint falls apart when removing the boot.) in terms of workload though theres not a lot to it: gearbox oil drained wheel off hub disconnected and pulled out hex ...

Not supposed to nope. how have you got it installed? i.e. where have you taken the signal line from. id check this isnt kinked,blocked, split etc

I have slowly been breaking parts from this but i simply havnt had the time to stick to my original plans. To complete the rear clip you will need the ecu and several other sensors, all of which shouldnt be difficult to find, other than that its all there (immobiliser has also been butchered) either...
