To be honest not made a massive difference if any,maybe slightly stiffened pedal,but was cheap and it fitted so there it stays,as for fitting just a few bolts about 15mins But different revisions makes a difference as to which one you need.the Link I posted to the one I bought definitely fits rev 1 ...
