Mine face the opposite way like the superstreets,I've looked around here alot and it seems that either Avensis droplinks ADT38546 or Mini firstline BA2205 or Quintin Hazell QL529675TL359
Will do the job at the front......I think.

Dropped the car by about 25mm at the weekend,had the effect of taking some preload off and softened the ride abit.
Now need to replace droplinks as they are knackerd,however looking into shorter ones although I may just make some.

I can only answer one of your questions,MPG.
I'm getting around 24 mpg,with a mix of very short runs to work 1/2 mile,the odd blast up to 80 and general driving.
Using Tescos super.

Just had mine done and cost me £350 all in,garage moaned like xxxx,cambelt alone was £129,intercooler off and other bits.

After much googling all over the world it would seem that the HR's cannot be adjusted for damping only for height. The HA's on the other hand can be adjusted for damping and height........bu88er :?
