Re: Are these the famous droplinks

Mine face the opposite way like the superstreets,I've looked around here alot and it seems that either Avensis droplinks ADT38546 or Mini firstline BA2205 or Quintin Hazell QL529675TL359
Will do the job at the front......I think.

Not sure about the rear though

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Tein HR suspension

Dropped the car by about 25mm at the weekend, had the effect of taking some preload off and softened the ride abit.

Now need to replace droplinks as they are knackerd, however looking into shorter ones although I may just make some.

Cheers

Re: toyota coolant or water and antifreeze?

I have to say that in the 20 or so cars that have passed through my hands since 1983 I've always used ethylene glycol based antifreeze which was always mixed with normal tap water. No garage I ever worked at said otherwise.Although mixing petrol and diesel is bad #-o :D Only had one problem and that ...

Re: just bought a tubby ! questions ?

I can only answer one of your questions,MPG.

I'm getting around 24 mpg, with a mix of very short runs to work 1/2 mile, the odd blast up to 80 and general driving.

Using Tescos super.
