Re: More N/A power
finding power on the NA engine is not hard at all, everyone thinks so because everyone always say "buy a turbo". with my rev1 (156hp) i did these mods: - exh manifolds - exhaust - apexi airfilter in a proper shielded airbox - shaved the head - metal head gasket 0.8mm (11,5:1 compression) ...

Re: Fuel gauge/sender
i had this on mine too, needle won't move, but the low fuel light works, so i pulled the sender out, apparently the sender was stuck. placed it back in correctly, all working fine. next day i throw the car sideways at a roundabout, again stuck. been doing this about 3 times, but can't be bothered an...

Re: HYDRA NEMISIS V2.5 stand alone ECU for all SW20 MR2 Turbo & NA

Re: [Mk2] [NA] lightwheight crank pulley
yeah as i asked in my initial post if it was bad for the crank bearings. i indeed had the thought that if you alter the wheight on one side, you have to also reduce wheight on the other side, like changing the wheight of the flywheel/clutch combo. BUT a stock crank pulley's weight is about 2.2kg and...

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Dry sump and 100% even weight distrubution.
if you really want more wheight to the front, buy a decent set of coilovers and get it set up with corner weight scales!
but i don't see any point of changing the stock ratio, because its perfect like it is.

[Mk2] [NA] lightwheight crank pulley
anyone experience with lightwheight crank pulley's? i was doing the cambelt and noticed my stock crank pulley on my rev1 NA was really rusty, so i thought, why not upgrade while i'm at it. so i checked the internet and found those lightwheight aluminium underdrive pulleys from unorthodox racing: cli...

Re: [Mk2]16"rims tyres size combinations-any 225-45-16&245-45-16 set low?
yeah 225/50/16 will be ok depending of offset of wheel and if lowered but generally its ok. i don't feel much difference in front to rear . i think the potenza's are quite good for te rear because of the lateral ribs in the tire, holding the car better on track, acting as some sort of rig to clamp t...

Re: [Mk2]16"rims tyres size combinations-any 225-45-16&245-45-16 set low?
indeed i think you are right, i couldn't get hold of 225/45/16 in F1's either
so now i'm running 225/45/16 bridgestone potenza S03 instead!
F1's in the front though
