Re: [Mk2] [NA] Alternator belt - tightening question.

Sorry for digging up an old thread but...

Can anyone post a picture of what needs to be done to tighten the belt? Mine is making that awful squeel noise so i'd like to tighten it up.

Have a look and see if any of the wiring is there including the actual aerial lead I don't see any of the original wiring in there at all. Any idea what colour the wires are...

I don't have a clue about electrical things :roll: BTW I don't have any of the original aerial on my car, will that affect how its wired?

[Mk2] [Turbo] Question about my dashboard L.E.D's

Hello, I changed my bulbs on my dashboard for Blue LED's and i was really happy with them, but after less than 1000 miles they seem to have lost their colour... The pictures below are before and after shots. http://img824.imageshack.us/img824/5067/iphonez.th.jpg http://img256.imageshack.us/img256/75...

Re: turbo or v6??

Quite a simple answer to this question that turns up all the time....

Sound = V6
Speed = Turbo

Sub 300bhp tubby and you won't ever have issues, unless you're a numpty and don't maintain it properly.
