A Ford KA sill is very similar to the MK2 with some minimal mods can be easily made to fit. I've never done it myself [hopefully I'll not have to ] but there is lots of information about fitting them on the various forums.

My first thought would be to check the wheel bearings all round for any play.

but that front vent is just pulling air from the tyre area, not from behind the wheel. That stops the air sucked into the wheel arch from getting trapped and acting like an air brake. +1 This is to vent back pressure created in the wheel wells, the front bumper will generally have a venturi for bra...

Yes, I had this. Remove the relay from the drivers side footwell and clean the terminals, worked a treat on mine and no problems since.

Other than that replace the relay [after you have tested with a replacement].

As Dan said and also check the rear inner arches, especially the section where they meet up with the bumper.

My UK 98 R plate had one but it was a T-Bar. I believe to was there to reduce rear chassis flex.

Could be that this has side impact bars and the door that it replaced didn't.

Got to agree with black/black and chrome but I saw one with a yellow rim line around the radius edge, similar to the one on Advans and it looked sweet.

T-bar for me. If yours creaks and rattles then that's down to your car not the t-tops... they weren't designed to rattle or creak and mine certainly don't.
