Re: [FINALIZED] MR2 MK2 Rev 4 Tintop Turbo - TRD Replica

Stunning car and you really have to see it in the flesh to do it justice. As for the estimate of how much it would cost to build well I completely agree (having built a TRD widebody myself but with a V6). This is a well known car within the MR2 community and quite a unique beast to own. GLWTS Chris ...

The swap is fairly simple and if you're using the standard 2zz ECU fuel consumption won't change much (in my experience). It would work with the 5 speed gearbox BUT the ratios are all wrong for keeping the car in lift and you will loose a lot of the reason why you want to change the engine in the f...

Re: [FINALIZED] 1000 watt 12V DC to 220V AC Portable Inverter with USB port - BNIB

The cable supplied with the inverter is 30cm long so it is going to be tight but the cable can be extended as the ends are only eyelet connectors that are then screwed on at the inverter. You should actually be able to get a ready made cable cheap enough as well but this would be ideal for a PS2 ins...

How long are the crocodile clip cables (roughly). Will it reach battery and into the cabin to have this under a seat? Not sure, I'll check when I get home but alternatively I have an aftermarket ciggie lighter socket with crocodile clips which will extend it and is more convenient. I used to use th...

Re: Torero's TRD Widebody Build Thread - Project Vendetta.

Stealth sale, John, I never saw that coming, especially with the recent work gone into putting a full TRD kit on plus respray and new wheels! I know Craig, it's only just sinking in with me but tbh the timing was right regarding the work situation and it's just not getting used. I'd much rather see...

Can't believe it John :( will you still be at some of the shows or calling it a day? Glad you found the right car Dave :thumleft: I'll still do the shows Vinny, made too many good friends in the 8 years of MR2 ownership to simply stop being part of the community. I'll be at JAE this year even if I'...
