Wish one of the mods would make this a sticky, it's been asked for many times before.

Dino's setting are one of the best I've ever tried for the road !

Re: anybody want a really quick rev3?

Cant moan about the guys attitude when he's doubted straight away about the cars performance. I would react the same way. Nobody has doubted the guy, he's made a claim that the car is faster than normal and interested parties have simply asked why he thinks it's faster, he reacted badly from there....

more than standard. feel like your banging your head against a brick wall yet?. no printout or rolling road . ive driven it, and many others and its quicker than standard. have you got a standard one to compare it to ?, if so bring it down and we can put them side by side. its not just power really...

"I did try to get different cambers front and rear but I was going for 1 degree less on the "the front (1.5 rear 2.5 front) but my crash bolts maxed out at 1.5 on the front " I have always run more camber on the rears than on the fronts. It's needed in my opinion with our mid-engine s...

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Suspension Geometry Rev3

I have always run more - camber on the rear of my car. The MR2 being Mid-Engined needs it in my experience. Fast road set up - fronts -1.25. rears -1.85 degrees Of course it depends on what other suspension mods you are running but the above works very well on mine. I'm afraid I would have to check ...

Re: Ask Sport Widebody

It may not be pretty but from an aero point of view it knocks the stuffing out of the standard 2.

I'm looking into the short falls of the MKII at the moment. It's one area I believe lot's of gains can be made with a track focused car.

Watch this space...

Track Day Friendly Exhausts..., (Possible Sticky Admin?)

Hello. Thought it might be a worth while exercise for us to collectively share our knowledge and experiences of Track/Race Day Exhaust Systems. I'm sure it will help people book their track days with a little more confidence and help those looking to buy a new pipe make a more informed decision! I s...

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Exhaust options for track days?

Thanks for the nudge in the right direction Yas.

Trouble is I love the look of the Nur, just no sense in having it if it stops me using the car on the track!

[Mk2] [Turbo] Exhaust options for track days?

Hi guys. My nur spec is way too loud at over 109db so I need to address the problem. I have the bung but it kills the map/power so isn't a solution. I can either replace the whole system for something known to work at track day levels, or chop the back box off and have a custom back box made up and ...

Looking good.

Personally I think you need some spacers on the rear and I'd lose the scoops! :|

That aside it's a clean looking 2.

Hey Scott.

Would you like my old banger on the stand?

I intend to come along and kick some butt on the strip, so may as well turn my hand to the show pony side whilst I'm at it.

I think it must be over eager gear changes lol My gear box has only just developed issues..... It's seen 50 thousend miles, track, drag and fast road without missing a beat. Would still be fine now if not dropping into 1st too early for nothing more than sound effect reasons!!! lol All that being sa...

Never heard of an MR2 box over heating. Given it's basically the same box as on the GT4 It's a very very strong box and under worked driving only two wheels.

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Pace Products Chargecooler Kit

Same size rad for both, the same pump also. Temps between 40 to the mid 40's. Too high for my liking hence looking into other options. The Radtec has proven itself to be capable of breaking clean into the 500bhp zone. The Pace unit I was running would not flow past 330bhp @ the wheels with a GT28 bl...
