HI Peter, apparently it is fine to drive on the tyres because they honour the agreement u stated, allowing cars to drive abroad etc. personal importation of the tyres seems to be a different matter. managed to find a supplier in the uk for mickey t's at what seems to be a reasonable price, next ship...

Im already running ats inner cv axle cages. next thing to go is shaft itself and then outer cv this is for serious power cars and is an alternative to the driveshaft shop full axle which is very expensive.

been looking at the outer cv for the supraturbo which has a shaft which is larger than the mr2.
anyone already done this conversion?

anyone got a uk link/source for mickey t street legal tyres or nitto 555s?
looking at getting the beast sorted for some strip action this year and am in need of some serious grip. anyone using these tyres getting them here new? been told i wont get them through customs if i order from abroad as they are not e marked or some new eu legislation, anyone shed some light on this?

all the pre96/97 blocks have a weak area around the water pump, toyota corrected this with a hunk of metal . if you run enough boost/horsepower it will lift the corner stud cracking the block

I drained mine. its not heavy to turn with no fluid in it. There is plenty of weight to be saved. I am also running a smaller steering wheel. but then i am no wimp
