I there yes, Koni shocks have adjustable dampening force - a little nipple on top can be rotated. they are yellow I belive the red springs are manufactured by Koni, (or some sub contractor on their behalf) I don't know who h&r are. Eibach are well rated, but there are 2 typres - proline and spo...
