Re: iMOC win again

Well done guys!

A good weekend! It was nice catching up with some people that I hadn't seen for a while. Great effort on the stand too; you deserved the trophy!

Cheers,
Tom

Re: How to remove this?

Not at work I don't, but i've found a guide on the repair manual so I can strip most of it before I take it to a garage. My mate at Kwik fit said he'll get em both out and put em back in for £50 which I thought was quite pricey so trying to find somewhere else cheaper. £50 to change both wheel bear...

Re: fan jet washers

I needed a new washer jet late last year for my Mk1 and had looked at Mk2 ones, but they're quite a bit bigger. If you definitely wanted to do it you would have to increase the size of the holes in the bonnet and also possibly cut a hole through the webbing underneath the bonnet below the washer jet...

AFAIK the ARB's were revision specific and not turbo/na dependant.

Balls! I'm out! Checked my calendar and this falls on the same weekend as the Silverstone Classic.

Good luck everyone!

Re: TOTB XII 27th-28th July - Is there going to be an IMOC/MR2 team this year?

So far:
1. Noz (12.39@112 last season)
2. W88NEE (2.2L 5SGTE build almost complete)
3. Gavinda?
4. tonigmr2
5. greeny (hopefully)
6. tommundy
7.
8.
9.
10.

Never done any quarter miles or track day stuff but keen to try. I'd be in my Mk1.5.

Hi all,

not sure if anyone else was planning on heading up this month but I won't be available tomorrow night. :(

Might be worth a trip out to Sherburn next month in convoy?

Cheers,
Tom

Re: south yorkshire meet

Well I've just got home from the meet. I hung around until 8pm and as I came by myself, called it a night. Let's hope it's better than a party of one next month! I'm in favour of the list. At least then it gives people a rough idea of who should be in attendance. :) See you all next month! Cheers, Tom
