well after trying to patch up the hole with some e metal I have finally had to bite the bullet and buy a new one from toyota the bargain price of 150 of the finest english sterling but at least it should last a while !!! The patch lasted for a few days but wasn't good enough long term repair.

yeah think thats the way forward going to give it a go tommorrow and hopefully it will hold been trying to find a new sump on-line with little luck and I dare not think how much toyota will charge for one !

oil sump leak
Can anyone help I've just found 2 pin holes weeping oil on my sump of my 1996 mr2. Can this be patched or will it need a new sump ? I was changing oil as thought filter or plug was source of oil on drive but whilst doing this found the 2 tiny holes under bit of rust, I only imagine this will worsen,...

Can someone tell me an easy way to remove the inlet and outlet hoses from my mk2 mr2 radiator please I've got the clips off but the hoses are very tight and awkward to remove? I have considered cutting them out and replacing.

Interior door handle
Does anyone know how to repair my interor door handle which is sticking out 45 degrees form where it should be as if it is open all the time even when door shut? it still works just looks stupid..!!

I did manage to sort this evetually thanks it turned out to be all around powering the amp which had not previously been done,I'm an electrician and this wiring baffled me!!I'm going to get a wiring diagram drawn up for this model and post on-line might help someone.oh and i've got a 96 uk n/a . cou...
