I thought I'd seen a rare Ferrari when an F40 LM drove through Leeds yesterday but I've never even seen photos of an F164 Berlinetta before. :o

I looked into buying an MR2 (mk1) when I was 20 and was quoted £15k for 1 year of TFPT cover. I waited until I was 25 before buying my first car.

I pay £500 for 7500 miles with Norton. It is modified and doesn't have a garage to live in so it's too bad.

If there are no signs you have to assume it's 30mph. You wont ever win by saying there's no signs saying it's not 30mph. Depends on the street light interval. If its a non-fault claim- settled by third party then it has no effect on the premium. must be some other factor, or if its your renewal price thats gone up it could be coz they haven't recovered the cost from the TP insurance yet- which means it goes against you until settled. I have a pair but the front of the car is too low so they can only be used to lift the rear. Good for oil changes and such.

My car has the usual exhaust, wheel and interior modifications, but also a tuned (4AGE) engine. 28 with 0 NCB (always had a classic/specialist policy) and currently pay around £500 FC, in my fourth year of ownership. This is for 7500 miles, SDP including commuting; only car but have access to others...
