Re: 6 x 9's, all ideas greatfully accepted.

I've a pair of mk1b door cards built up to take 6x9s. The top is slightly damaged but the builds could be swapped onto your cards.

Free to a good home. Just need collection or postage paid.

Is it for looks or function? If it's for looks I suggest you check the for sale section.

Re: So who are you insured with?

Classic policies are a cheap way of cover the mk1 but the downside is that you don't build up any no claims bonus, so you'll be looking at a big premium should you want to move on to a modern sports car. I'm still waiting to hear about this advanced driving course that saves 25%, the best I can get ...

Very easy to remove, just two small screws that fix the clamp in place.

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] What exactly does a Lambda sensor do?

The sensor detects the amount of unburnt oxygen in the exhaust gases (as a sample passes over the tip) which gives the ECU rich/lean information. The ECU will adjust the fuelling in an attempt to achieve an ideal reading. It's there for economy and emission reasons and is used at idle and whilst cru...
