Ive read alot of different stories on the forum about toms air scoops disrupting the air flow through the engine bay is this a FACT or MYTH :-k , only the more i think about it the more i cant see it effecting it due to the shape of the engine rain cover, there is really only one way for air to come...

no i change my own oil and filter but i paid £55 for oil at halfords and £25 for blitz filter

s*** ive been running that for 4000miles and 6 months. oops best get it sorted with mobil 1, 10w40 then yer?

ok is 10w40 better stuff i thought i read on hear to use 0w40. 3000 miles, dame thats alot of oil at £55 a go,better than a new engine though.any other oils recomended? that may have longer life but still good protection?
