Re: Raybrig Headlights

I have a set of philips blue vision sitting in my glove box, but I haven't yet fitted them because I read they need to be properly aligned in order to meet MOT standards for me, and the OP here with his choice... is that right or will fitting them into the position of the existing units mean they wi...

Re: Wipers

Even a post here still left me confused. went to Toyota, picked up a set with the 2 screw holes for £15, job done. btw, on the drivers side, the aerofoil is held ...

Re: What's your reason to feel great today?

continuing the theme of feeling great today... my Mk1 passed its MOT again today at Toyota after they fixed a single failure item which was the "offside headlight aim too high [1.6]" (no idea what 1.6 means) also a single advisory of one wiper blade starting to split but I already have a s...

Re: Possible Head Gasket Failure

I think ive only maybe seen one or maybe two cars in the last 10 years that had a serious breach that resulted in the engine running very rough and having the big clouds of steam out of the exhaust etc.... yep, thats exactly what happened to mine a couple of months ago though fortunately I was only...

I selected: Yes, but limited use or second car

I'm still sticking to my general rule of keeping it garaged unless the road is dry and the chance of rain is minimal.

Definitly looking forward to spring and summer to get out there alot more :D

What's your reason to feel great today?

some might remember my What's your reason to feel crap today? topic where my MR2 blew its head gasket well, thats all fixed now, although after the fix the coolant system puked its guts into my frunk due to a worn hose, but that was soon fixed and today was my first chance to take it for a good driv...
