you think there would be enough room on a cast manifold for two 38mm pipes?? :twisted:
oh and if i were to loose twin scroll would it make much diffrence??

the metal part between the turbine and the wastegate sits flush although it thin but you should still be able to make a seal! I was goin to adapt my cast manifold with a dump tube comin off into a wastegate but could never work out how to keep the twin scroll, i might still do this but what would yo...

how do you keep the twin scroll design of the turbo if you weld the manifold?

what about a divorced downpipe? Pipe coming straight off the internal gate?

tvis removal of rev3 inlet manifold

going to have around 300bhp in my rev2 dont know wether to keep the tvis and wire it into a rpm pressure switch or remove it or try and fit a rev3 inlet manifold???

yeah my pump has no way of mounting it at the moment! Lol! Was going to try and make up sumthin!

yeah got a stock one. Goin to do the bearings and mount it on the gearbox! These mounts ok for this? Any more info would be great m8! Got a rev2 and a st205 cooler. You kept the air con?

hi all started instaling my charge cooler today, fitted the pre rad and ran the hoses. decided to put them into the frunk via the opening the heater hoses use then i am going to drill 2 20mm holes in the front panel and connect them to the prerad do you think it is ok to run the hoses through the fr...

yeah is posible but requires a lot of work!!! if you want one just for the noise your better off building a divorsed downpipe.

when removing the butterflies can you take them out compleatly or do you leave the mounting rail thing in??

what can i do to improve the flow of the inlet manifold??
im removing the tvis butterflies as i am going to a power fc so these are redundant!! and also putting rev 3 cams in to it!!

hi all brought a complete rev2 head to have rebuilt and put into mine!!! going to remove the tvis butterflies, just wondered what else should i replace when i do the head and gasket change?? if you could tell me where to get parts that would be great too!!!

been quoted £140+vat for the head rebuild this is me taking the head off and refitting it and me supplying valve stem oil seals good price i think!!! :twisted:
