Re: 23/06/09 UPDATE :D Rolling Road result and Video
Yeah i know !! Various people warned me about them. I kinda ignored them thinking why muck about with if its working fine. The filter element breaks down slowly over time. Re: 23/06/09 UPDATE :D Rolling Road result and Video
I would definitely get rid of the HKS air filter. My one wreaked my very expensive TD06 turbo. To a sum of £400 rebuild from aet turbos.

Re: rev 3 turbo vrs M5 V10
I recently had the pleasure of passenger ride in the V10 M5. This one had a DMS remap and was pushing out around 550 bhp. I used to think my tubby was quick but the M5 takes it too another level. The acceleration is brutal !! Each gear change hurt my neck and you can double the speed limit...

[Mk2] [Turbo] New Turbo installation
I have just had my TD06 turbo refurbed by AET Turbos. Had oil seals replaced and it come back looking like brand new. Once the turbo is installed and the oil and water lines are connected is there a certain procedure to prime the turbo? By making sure the turbo has both a good supply of oil and wate...

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] TD06 and ST205 Charge cooler fitment.
http://www.atsracing.net/ats_racing_td06_turbocharger_kit.htm The ATS Td06 is great. I went down a similar route as you are planning. ATS TD06, Sard 800 injectors, link ecu and st205 charge cooler. On just the actuator pressure ( 0.8 bar ) i managed 308 fwbhp. Spool is similar to the Ct20 but it pul...

[Mk2] [Generic] Spice up the handing
The mk 2 mr2 handles pretty well but i cant help but think certain components could be improved or replaced. My car is 13 years old now so parts are bound to be worn. Currently on a basic Koni suspension set up after the old struts died. What would you replace/add to the mr2 to tighten up the handli...
