Saw that one on Ebay too, if I remember correctly it was only 20 mins away in Brentwood, Essex?
Nothing wrong with Red MK1's! We gave ours a proper wash at the weekend and it came up lovely!

Re: Dilema.....
I'd go with the Sunroof - as said before T-Bars leak and what with it being summer I'm sure T-Bars will be just a tad more popular than the Sunroofs (although I am no expert, just using my own opinion). That's a VERY low mileage to have on the sunroof one too.

Re: red tubby k5**emo parked liberty car park romford essex
We used the Liberty car park this morn, was early so managed to get on floor 2 as it was pretty empty.
All we saw Toyota wise were loads of Yaris (we were in ours too) didnt see any MR2's today at all.

Looks good - I really like them in white, saw one at the Garage yesterday as I had to take the Yaris for a service and thought the same then.
Did you use anything fancy to clean it, or just normal car wash?

Re: 4 wheel alignment
I drive right past Elite everyday and am seriously tempted to get them to do an alignment on our MK1 just to check everything is ok. It's pretty easy to get to - get onto the A13, come off it at either ferry lane or Dagenham (the next one up from Ferry Lane, sorry if I'm wrong!) and it's not even 5 ...

Re: The French are Madmen!!
We holidayed in South France last year and pretty much every single car had a bit missing/scrapes/dents on it. Plus they also parked anywhere they could in one car park in Avignon, we were glad we parked further out and walked to the main bit!

In the words of Andy Pipkin off Little Britain "I don't like it"
Way too overpriced, looks nasty in that colour and from what I can tell the interior isnt in all that good condition either.

Red G-Reg MK1 Leaving A127 Into Mayflower Retail Park, Basildon
Wasn't very close to it unfortunately so couldn't tell if it had any stickers but my Mum saw that it was a G-Reg. It was yesterday 8th June around 10.30/11am.

Looked in good condition from what I could tell!

Re: Finally brought a Mk1 !
We got this MR2 off Ebay & it's a good one - no filler, the only rust is slight bubbles around the wheel arches and tax 'til Oct with MOT 'til then and no advisories. Saying that - it's not perfection and we never expected it to be, but it's an honest decent MR2 and that's all we wanted. A few y...

Squeaky Sunroof Anyone?
Hi Guys & Girls, First of all - I absolutely love the MR2, it's such a fab car - took it out tonight for a drive and deliberately took the long way home via the M25. Anyway - was wondering if anyone else had ever had a pretty loud squeak from the Sunroof. My Best Friend pinpointed it straight aw...

Re: New owner
I bought mine when I was 20 (did turn 21 10 days later, best birthday present ever) Car is 9 months older than me. I live near an elementary school and more often than not the kids always comment on my car "look daddy a ferarri" etc. Quite funny. One of the parents actually told them it w...
