Re: Droplinks for Tein Super Street coilovers
Just some info on these if they are the same as my teins. I took them off a few weeks ago to find that the drop links were completely rebuildable in seperate pieces. I broke the ball and bolt bit. Found some parts on google search with correct thread and pitch and viola! screwed it back onto the bar...

+ 1 for cusco being hard
+ 1 for tein being just right
but my car was split tein on front and cusco rear. Never felt so confident in the cars ability before but you'll still need decent tyres.

is it an O tool Is he Irish? no offence, just some ligh heartedness :thumleft: ) You need what is known as a Lambda socket. It's basically long socket in a C shape so the wire protudes out the side and you put your wrench bit in the top as you can't disconnect the wire from the sensor  Think ...

Dante's inferno - only played 30 mins but it was similar to god of war Unchartered 1 Got 2 but want to complete 1 first. Still looks cracking though. God of War 3 - how a 3rd person game should be. Old skool kind of gaming hardness. Duke Nukem was poor. DL the old 3d version for PC instead. LA Noire...

I probably wouldn't buy it on PC either.

Re: Passenger window issue
I had water within the wire covers on mine and it seeped right up the wire.
I'd clean all the terminals up then head into them with loads of contact cleaner.
Replaced 5 wires from the kick panel plug to the switch in the end (driver side) worked ever since

£1750 is a great price if its not falling apart.
and believe me, a V6 MR2 is no camry and will certainly keep up with a standard rev 2 tub.

R32 golf exhaust
Sure i've read somewhere that someone put one on an MR2 as it has a valve inside to open up when on full chat but very quiet when not at full throttle.
Could be a mk3 though. Can't find any info on google for you sorry.

Re: Sump Sealing
You really do need to give it one hell of a clean and degrease before you start. I put a bead round the whole sump rim (why did I laugh typing that) then I used my finger to flatten it out a bit to ensure it all gets covered when it's bolted up. Let it start to go tacky then I use a jack with some w...

Re: [Mk2] [NA] Battery problem or something else ? (electrics just cut out)
Just another question. How far do you think the car will go without the alternator working and the battery fully charged ? I got 52 miles, no indication or radio. Fueling and power steering will tend to die first. Got quite boggy around 45 miles. and any £4 meter will do, mine was £3.99. Long as yo...

Crank may have been out of shape, bore may have been ovaled. You never know. Did you test the crank for roundness? When I did mine, it was something like 0.0025 every 1/4 turn and believe me, it was a bu88er to manually turn over an engine. Forgot to take the sparks out ](*,) Better luck with your n...
