looking very very good!
i was going to do something similar as i had a fair whack saved up when i bought my 2, but then i spunked it all on bits and pieces. i don't think i could afford the fuel bills anymore anyway, lol.
keep up the hard work, and get some more pics posted, he he.
hiya.
afraid i don't have any video clips or owt. but i can recommend one anyway. i chose my blueflame purely on looks tbh, but it sounds good.
can't wait to get my japspeed manifold and downpipe fitted
cheers, stu.
hi matt.
thanks for the info - i didn't know that.
but the car is 360 miles away
i was hoping to order them to carlisle and fit them on my 3 weeks august leave
thanks again, stuart.
hi all. i have found a good kit of poly bushes on the old yank ebay, and he specifies ARB bushes fitment = 19mm. can someone, definately, confirm that my rev 1 has 19mm anti roll bar fitted please? if anyone is interested in polybushes - this kit comes to $135 posted here, which is a great price IMH...
hi mate. i went for blueflame and decat which was £300 delivered. whichever you buy, i'd speak to jamie @ jap-spec-performance, as he will always be the cheapest. I have just ordered a japspeed manifold and dowpipe form him too as my flexi was blowing, so perfect excuse to get the full exhaust syste...
that is exactly the same setup as i have on mine: blueflame de-cat and backbox, and apexi induction kit, and they did make a difference IMHO.
cheers, stu.
i would defiently get new head bolts as i think they are stretch ones (like my old rover when it suffered hgf!) so they need replaced to seal head to block properly when re-assembling.
not bad at all. i got my carbon centre panel off them too, that was the item which was a little bit delayed
good product though. if you need any idvice on fitting the centre panel (it is easy i know, JIC) give me a shout.
stu.
hi mate. the £90 light covers are from race designs uk. i got my rev 1 carbon centre panel form them, only complaint was a lack of comms and slightly lengthly delivery time, but if you take manufacture into account then fair enough. quality of centre panel was good, good :) the ebay link is: http://...
hi all.
i don't want to use the really long wheel nuts that are standard on my mr2, can anyone recommend where i can buy normal sized ones please.
thanks, stu.
hi all. i have just received 16's in the post. went to fit, and the rears went on fine (albeit i need wheel nuts and spacers for appearance) but when i went to put the fronts on the tyre was in contact with the bottom of the strut. will spacers correct this? the front tyres are 205/55/16 and the rea...
