hello mate.
i had a rev 1 and put a japspeed (from Jap Spec Performance) manifold and downpipe, and it was defiently worthwhile. i could literally feel the extra torque as it would pull from 15mph in third quite happily.
well worth £200 and a couple of hours to fit.

depending on what size spacers you require will depend upon whether you need longer studs.
i'd try jamie @ Jap Spec Performance first mate, as he does very good spacers, in lot's of sizes, and he's always the cheapest for everything else.

i have a rev 1 and i got a carbon centre panel for mine from ebay. off the top of my head (not good, lol) it was from race design uk - i think!
he also sold the rev 3+ type aswell.
you should find them on there...
