or alternatively just buy oversize pistons from the get go, but even that i myself wouldn't do.
wait until the block is stripped and inspected before you buy pistons
15mm is a big spacer i would suspect extended bolts would also be adviseable with a spacer that size. also with the size of wheels you may encounter issues with the wheel fouling the arch, especially if your car is lowered. as for suppliers for the Spacer FK automotive do them as i said above. the e...
get hubcentric spacers when getting them, FK automotive do them an the quality is fantastic.
i just bought some after a long search as i need them to fit the supra wheels i have for track use. they offer them in various sizes
i was all in £95 + P+P for my front and rear spacers
i'll see if i can find my old graph from when i visited ava ages ago.
was on standard ct20b, 264cams, 87mm pistons, boot mount IC, Apexi N1 exhaust an HKS filter.
Made 227whp @ .7bar and was only reving to 6k as it was in desperate need of a remap as fueling was all over the shop.
i shall make a few call round today an see where i can get them. just though some peeps on here may have known where to get em.
not in a great rush anyway so plenty time to shop about
cheers earl
basically to keep it short, i need some spacers to fit a set of supra wheels to the mr2 for.
so anyone know where to get Hub-Centric spacers from in varying sizes, require 10mm front and im gonna go for 20mm rears to push the wheels out a bit.
cheers
scott
nobody interested in this?
little more info, track time starts at 6 and runs until 8pm. its an open pit type event so if you want you can spend the full 2 hours out on track if you feel you and the car are up to it!!
come on peeps would be good to see some fellow mr2 owners out there!
well i shall be attending a trackday that one of my mates has arranged at knockhill, promises to be a funfilled night with a good mix of cars so far already paid up. details below folks :thumleft: , contact Goldie the organiser an get yourself paid up. be good to see some fellow mr2 owners out there...
look awsome dude will better once you have the colour changed though. lower profile tyre on the front and your there, although if it were me i'd be getting the arches pulled slightly and do the same to the rears and get a 10mm spacer on the rear. more to the point whats happening with the wedsports ...
IMO the only way forward from here is a new matching HKS crank and new flywheel. not the cheapest but in my mind the correct way to do it. when i was speaking to andy of power vehicles about this car before ahrlow got it from him he told me if i was to buy it he highly recommended a full strip down ...
awsome numbers i must say. but if it were me i'd be binning the power FC and F-con and getting a single ECU like the motec.
and @ only 1.2bar! must have a fair bit internal work done, would be nice to see the graph aswell to see how the power delivery is

i never have anything that will make a rattling noise in my car its extremely annoying in my opinion. all i ever have is a select few tools wrapped up so they make no noise. and some cd's in a cd case so again no noise.
the rattle of coins would drive me insane!
