What I mean is you can only have a hydraulic handbrake with AP rears - they don't have any mechanical fixes for it. That wouldn't pass an MOT unfortunately.

Re: AP Calipers and custom discs on a MK1 with 15" wheels..
HI Toni, Looks nice. You should do the rear too IMO though. There's plenty of braking force involved at the back of a mid engine car. You might find that it dives under braking with them on the front. You can get around the handbrake caliper by using something like the puck caliper from Wilwood. I'...

Re: New Profiles Now Live
It's just basically your registration and preference page, which you must've already seen to register. The only difference is extra choices available to enter urls for car photo and sub-headings.

Re: New Profiles Now Live
Why doesn't my profile page look like its changed at all? I can't see anywhere to enter pic paths or car details. You do know you can only change your profile by clicking the button at the top of the page (near FAQ and memberlist), rather than just viewing it by clicking your own name? ?? Re: Suggested Specs on my new MR2 please guys.
Hi mate
Think the car looks nice as it is - bodywork is unique, loads of 'invader' (veilside) kits around now.
A little tidying up and it'll look the nuts, IMHO.

Oh I see, it's like an elongated standard spoiler. Interesting!
Chappie who makes scoops is currently on his hols, remind me by dropping me a PM early Jan and I'll get him to ship one over with my current order from him! They work out $150 normally (yes dollars, convert to pounds).

Re: LimeyMK1s (aka Chris) MK1
I know a chap in the states who does a Toms style scoop for the MK1 if you're looking! They are very good quality.
Get some pictures up then! I've never heard of this spoiler you're on about!

Re: Surging
Don't want to suggest something stupid...but I had this problem previously on an SC which it came to light had the following
1) sticky accelerator due to a stiff cable!
2) Can't quite remember but something about the butterfly valve in the throttle being a problem.

Re: WHAT's Your spec.
I think its a bit different to the T3.
Do you mean Carl Crawford on making the manifold? That's who made Laurens anyway.
I guess the 4age has the same block as the 'ze - I will have a spare ze with blown shells in the new year if you're looking for some SC parts though.

Re: Hmmn, Pace radiator on a MK1...
There will be room for the spare bizarrely.
However, I won't be able to have a normal tilting bonnet. Since I've got a fibreglass one I'll be pinning it down in the four corners instead I think.
