I fitted a full set of High & Tight Poly bushes to my car and the difference from stock is very noticeable. Everything is much tighter and there is a definite reduction in rattles and squeaks.
Best £ for £ upgrade you can do for your car IMO.

Having done this recently after replacing first my slave cylinder then my master cylinder I can tell you that the best way to do this is the suction method. Needs two people..1 person to make sure the reservoir is topped up all the time and the second person to look after the suction side. Basically...

I personally change my oil and filter every 3000 miles, but 6000 is the norm. I used to use Castrol GTX Magnatec 10W-40W but two changes ago I swapped to Mobil Super S 10W-40 which seems to be just as good and is slightly better priced. On 3S-GE's it's not T-VIS it is ACIS. T-VIS only applied to MK1 MR2's and Rev1 (maybe Rev2) Turbo's

Who really cares about MPG....these cars are meant to be driven hard, hitting 5k plus in every gear at least....and the noise of the V6...awesome.... 22mpg for me...but soooooo much fun
