Re: [Mk2] [Generic] poly bushes... good upgrade?

I fitted a full set of High & Tight Poly bushes to my car and the difference from stock is very noticeable. Everything is much tighter and there is a definite reduction in rattles and squeaks.
Best £ for £ upgrade you can do for your car IMO.

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Bleedin the bleedin poxy clutch. how the hell ??!

Having done this recently after replacing first my slave cylinder then my master cylinder I can tell you that the best way to do this is the suction method. Needs two people..1 person to make sure the reservoir is topped up all the time and the second person to look after the suction side. Basically...

Re: [Mk2] [NA] what engine oil do you use & a few servicing questions

I personally change my oil and filter every 3000 miles, but 6000 is the norm. I used to use Castrol GTX Magnatec 10W-40W but two changes ago I swapped to Mobil Super S 10W-40 which seems to be just as good and is slightly better priced. As for oil filters...I always use OEM ones from Toyota, they on...

Re: [Mk2] [NA] Engine tone change at 5500rpm

On 3S-GE's it's not T-VIS it is ACIS. T-VIS only applied to MK1 MR2's and Rev1 (maybe Rev2) Turbo's

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Clutch Slave Cylinder Removal

I had similar issues to you Steve with the clutch not disengaging, I replaced the slave cylinder initially but for me this didn't solve the problem and I ended up changing the Master cylinder too. Having spent 3 hours unsuccessfully trying to bleed my clutch the traditional way after fitting a new m...

Who really cares about MPG....these cars are meant to be driven hard, hitting 5k plus in every gear at least....and the noise of the V6...awesome.... 22mpg for me...but soooooo much fun :)

I knew it would be blinged if it was yours! Did you do the paintwork yourself? Hi Matt, The paintwork is all done by Paul to my colour scheme and is included in the drive in drive out price :) The man is an absolute legend with the way he bends over backwards to get the car exactly as you want it. ...
